SIMPLE LIST OF DEVICES AND THE SERIAL NUMBER

This was on my old system but not on the new system.  Am I missing something or did you guys just drop the ball and think it was NOT important for a customer to have a simple list of devices and the serial numbers

@hpoe The SimpliSafe® mobile app does not contain a list of every single device and its serial number on an account, but you can use the app to find serial numbers on a per device basis. To do this:

  1. Open up the SimpliSafe® mobile app
  2. Choose My System
  3. Select either Devices or Cameras
  4. Tap on the device you want to know the serial number for
  5. Scroll down to Basic Info
  6. The device's serial number will be listed there
