live video blocked by text

When first opening up the live video feed for a couple of seconds, there is a block of overlay text that cover about 1/3 of the lower half of the video.  That causes me to miss what is happening on the video because it takes several seconds to open up the app.  Please put the text off the video or make it transparent.
