STILL GETTING CHARGED AFTER CANCELING

I called 12/5/2023 and canceled my account after sitting on the phone for 30+ minutes. I look today and I was charged on 1/6/2024. This is outrageous. You cannot charge someone after they already canceled. Why am I still being charged. I will dispute with the bank for fraud if I keep getting charged.
