System disconnected (maybe), not working, can use the app to fix

As the title says. Recently we've been running into a nightly issue. The system is in Home mode and we go to bed. Sometime during the night the keypads (we have 2) show Disconnected from the system errors. During this time the keypads are unresponsive and the alarm system does not appear to function correctly because we can open doors and no alarms go off. If I go to the App on my phone, the system shows everything is fine and still in home mode, however does not show any open doors etc. If I change the mode on my app to Off, then the keypads immediately reconnect and everything works as intended until the following night. Rinse and repeat.

Its not home mode that's an issue as we keep it in home mode most of the time, sometime over night is the only time we see this happen. The system has been in for over 6 months now and has all the latest updates.

Obviously this is quite distressing as I hate to think that the system is failing to work while we're sleeping.

The firmware update that SimpliSafe pushed last week is most likely causing the issues you describe.
