SimpliSafe, simply disaster

I received another email demanding the replacement of the internal wireless module, even though the cable detached without any action on my part. However, when I sought assistance from customer service, they were clueless about how to resolve my issue. I can provide a chat history as evidence of my struggles. This experience has been an absolute nightmare, and I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Hi @Dnanuranga, 

I am really sorry to hear about this experience. Just so I have this right, the connector wires that plug into the Base Station's Cellular Module became unplugged in yours? If that is the case, you should be able to plug those wires right back into the Cellular Module.
