@_berry6601 Is the red light on the Base Station solid or pulsing?
If the light is solid, that indicates that you just had a recent alarm. In that case, disarm your system into Off Mode and then clear out the alarm message on your Keypad. But is the light is pulsing slowly, that indicates a minor system error - like radio interference. If you look at your Keypad, it will tell you what the error is.
