Key pad flashing

My thoughts.  Keypad blinking is not the keypad, it is the base station causing it.  My first fix was to take the batteries Out of the base station (reset).  Worked for a while.  I have a motion sensor and camera monitoring the front door area.  So when you get home you go to the keypad to enter the pin.  You are being recorded on the camera.  This is what causes the key pad to random blink afterward.  If you go to the phone app and acknowledge the camera recording the keypad will stop random blinks.  You can also use the phone app to place the system in the "Home" mode before entering so the motion sensor/camera is not activated.  This is "My" fix, hope it works for you.......
