If you go to the <!> notification section on the Keypad, it will tell you the name of the Entry Sensor that has a low battery. You can also find this information in the SimpliSafe mobile app by navigating to the three bar menu icon on the top left corner of the screen > My System > Device Settings. If you tap the π refresh icon on the top left corner, you'll get the most up to date information from the Base Station.
I've never gotten a low battery on any device other than the key pads. When the entry device battery goes low they end up offline. Then I have to remove them and add them again. I know they are working after the battery change because when the door is opened the blue light blinks but they stay offline. Is there a setting that needs to be turned on to get low battery alerts from the other devices?
@billtrepanier56β If you drag down the home screen of the SimpliSafe mobile app, it will refresh to pull the latest status from your Base Station and say which device has a low battery.
You can also check the current status of all sensors in the SimpliSafe app, under My System > Device Settings. Don't forget to hit the π Refresh button on the top right to get the latest information from the Base Station.
