Video Doorbell Won't Stop Ringing!
Video Doorbell Model SSDB3 SN/05572f8. Installed 1/17/24, Phoenix AZ.
Delivery driver pushed the doorbell button to announce delivery yesterday, but ding-DING chime continued for several seconds. I've reset the thing (to turn off the chimes) and re-installed it, but it happened again today. Transformer voltage at the install bracket is just over 19VAC. Seems like a stuck button?

@middlejim Do you have a Chime Connector as part of your Video Doorbell's setup? A constant ringing sound from the Video Doorbell can be caused by incorrect voltage getting supplied to the device, which can be resolved by the Chime Connector.
If you do not have one already installed, our Support team can send you a Chime Connector free of charge.

Thanks for the quick response! Not sure about the Chime Connector. I wired the two leads from my doorbell transformer (19VAC) to the doorbell camera mounting bracket screw terminals and it worked just fine for over a year.
Note that my transformer failed after the second time I reset/re-installed the camera last weekend. The camera appears to be OK (works running on 5VDC to the USB port) and the transformer primary measures open circuit, so I suspect the output voltage was intermittent on its way to failure. Just received a replacement 16VAC 30VA transformer and will update this ticket when I hook everything back up.
