Outdoor Camera Software Won't Update

I purchased and installed 3 additional outdoor cameras on July 15.  They spend a large part of the time in  "Offline" status.  All 3 have not updated their software since I received them.  They all have software version 1.15.6.391.  I've removed and re-added cameras multiple times.  I've reset the base station multiple times.  I feel like if the software would update to 1.18, like the rest of my cameras, they would stay online, like the rest of my cameras.  Why won't the software update?

An Outdoor Camera showing an offline status can occur for a few different reasons, and a firmware update might not always be the fix. I've sent your case to our escalated Support team, a specialist will reach out to you soon to troubleshoot your Outdoor Cameras.

Camera not connecting to wifi.other cameras are connect.the FW level is lower.

How do I update FW.

@mahathaw Camera firmware updates happen automatically through a phased rollout, but a Wi-Fi connection is required in order for the firmware to update. As a first step to force the camera to both reconnect to Wi-Fi and update to the latest firmware version, we recommend resetting the camera.
