Installing Door Bell Camera
HELP... I have installed the door bell camera. when I put on the face plate, the door bell does not stop ringing, sent a email to support, no answer. I am going out of town with no functioning camera!!

Constant ringing is usually a sign that the chime box inside of the home may be of the digital variety. If this is the case then the Video Doorbell Pro may not be compatible with your chime box. If you're able to get the model number of your chime box we should be able to verify if that is the case or not.
