@rogsteis What exactly do recordings from the Video Doorbell Pro look like? Do they have a colored-tint to them? If you feel comfortable to, could you provide a screenshot of what the camera's footage looks like? That could help us better understand what is happening.
In some rare cases, we have found that toggling the Video Doorbell Pro's camera quality to a different setting, saving the change, and then setting to back to the original video quality setting can help video issues. This can be done in the SimpliSafe® mobile app by going to My System > Camera Settings > select [your Video Doorbell Pro] > Video Quality.
