Two systems, one user session
Can I manage two separate areas with SimpliSafe under the same app login? I have an in-law suite where parents and guests stay that I want to manage separately from my main house. Is that possible? What additional equipment is needed? Is it also a separate monitoring fee? Can I manage all from the same app session without having to login and out each time?

Hi @Wdo12,
You can set up multiple systems under the same account. Once you already have one system activated on the SimpliSafe app, you can add another one by navigating to ☰ Menu > Set Up New System, and then follow the on-screen instructions. Once set up, hit the 🏠 house icon on the top right to switch between different properties under the same account login. By doing this, you will not have to log in and out each time you want to monitor one of your two systems.
Since you want to manage your in-law suite separately from your main house, you will need a separate system for that area (i.e. a new Base Station, Keypad, sensors, cameras, etc.) With this being an entirely new system, it will also have its own monitoring fee.
