Old Email Is Still Active.
History: Email address was hacked a while ago.
Since then, I have gone through my accounts and changed the email address to ensure that no information is being directed to the compromised account.
Problem: SimpliSafe still allows login from the compromised email address.
I have changed the email address under SETTINGS > MANAGE ACCOUNT and can log in using the new credentials. HOWEVER, when attempting to log in using the compromised email address, I still get in. When I select FORGOT PASSWORD, the info is sent to the compromised email address.
How do I completely remove ALL REFERENCES to the old email address from the SimpliSafe system?
