Hi @edpatti,
Is this low battery notification still on your Keypad? If it is, clearing that notification out should stop the Base Station from announcing this message.
If your Keypad does not have that notification, try removing the Entry Sensor from your system and then add it back in. You can remove the Entry Sensor in the mobile app by going to My System > Device Settings > select [your Entry Sensor] > tap Remove Device. To add the device back to your system, follow the instructions from our Entry Sensor installation guide.
