Can you all please make some kind of statement/announcement here about the Nord VPN issue?

Hi All,

There continues to be a lot of confusion around the issue with Nord VPN and their threat protection lite software component that's causing issues with access to SimpliSafe cameras. Can you all please make some kind of public statement explaining the issue, whether it's something you all can address or if Nord needs to address it, etc? If it's you all (which I still don't think it is) that can fix this then can we get a time line? If it's not you all can you please tell affected users to contact Nord to get this resolved ASAP? It's silly that it's been going on this long w/o some kind of official statement.

If there's been one, sorry, I've missed it. Search and browsing on the community site is not great and I'm not going to manually click through more than a few pages of results to see if you've posted something with "Nord" in it.
