Sensor warnings won't go away

Days, and same two problems remain. 

1.  Entry sensor not responding won't go away.  Battery replaced.

2.  Glass Break Sensor battery low.  Battery replaced.

You should not have to remove and replace each sensor!

Hi @ride525 ,

Apologies for the inconvenience. The underlying issue that you encountered is related to how your sensors link with the Base Station using a secure connection. If a sensor fails to check in for an extended period, it becomes unsynced. That's why removing and re-adding the sensor to your system is required - to re-sync that secure connection.

It happened again a couple of days ago, on a entry sensor.

I had to again remove and resend. 

But note to everyone, I was doing it on the base station.  It's MUCH EASIER on your phone becasue the base station doesn't have alphe numeric keyboard., it's much more tedious to add, and type out name.
