Running out of patience with SimpliSafe system.
I have a self-monitored system that starts beeping an odd hours (5am) to tell me it has lost link to dispatcher. Any reasonable way to mute this annoyance short of voiding any warranties?

Hi @robert_mehaffey,
When you have a self-monitored system, a No Link to Dispatcher message means that the Base Station has lost its Wi-Fi connection. I would first try resetting your Base Station to resolve this, the video in this Help Center article shows you how to do that.
If resetting the Base Station doesn't help, we'll want to troubleshoot the placement of the Base Station to ensure it can stay connected to your Wi-Fi. I would make sure that the Base Station is at least 3 feet off the ground on a wood or glass surface to eliminate any physical interference. I would also make sure that the Base Station is not right next to your Wi-Fi router, television, or any large appliances as they can drown out the Base Station's signal.
