Error: Invalid Username or Password

When logging into the SimpliSafe® mobile app or web app, you may see an “Invalid Username or Password'' error. To remove this error and successfully sign into your account, take the troubleshooting steps below to ensure your username and/or password are typed in correctly.
The username or email address that you typed in is incorrect
Double-check the spelling of your username or email address and make sure that is is exact
Look out for characters that may look similar, like l, 1, and I
You may want to make sure that you’re entering the email address that was used to set up your account
If you’re having trouble identifying your email, contact our Support team and we can help
The password that you typed in is incorrect
Account passwords are case sensitive - make sure you are capitalising the correct characters
Use the Password Reset option by clicking “Forgot Password?” on the login screen
