App Error: Connection Error

The app error “Connection Error” can occur both during setup or in a post setup state for SimpliSafe® cameras. It indicates that there is an issue with the camera connecting to the system and requires a reset of the camera to clear the error message.

You’ll want to reset the camera and set it up again to clear out the error. You can use the following guides to learn how to perform a reset on your specific camera.

Once the camera has been reset, begin the setup process over again using your camera’s installation guide.
