Could you give us more technical details about the last two items? I'm genuinely excited by stability and performance improvements and would like to know more about how they were achieved. And I'd love to know more about this groundwork framework for future features and what might be in store for us.

This update says it takes 25 minutes to download and never actually deploys the download. Is there another way to download the update?

"Base Station firmware updates require manual input" - mine appears to have updated without manual input.

My base station is no longer responsive after this update failed. I removed batteries from my keypad and replaced. Then I unplugged my base station and removed batteries, then replaced them. My base station is still completely unresponsive, and my system no longer works.
What are my next steps? If I have to replace my system due to a bugged update I'll be pretty upset.

I've been attempting to update my base station but it continues to give me an error message.

I tried to perform update for the past week. On keypad, after going into system settings, check for updates, it will always say "downloading update (takes about 25 minutes)". Hitting ok after that, but the update does not get downloaded at all. Still at version 2.16.2.
Mobile app does not show "firmware update available" in the overview tab.

This update went on successfully and after 24 hours both motion sensors were not responding. Removed both and rewarded successfully. Both responded. The next day both were not responding again. Removed and replaced battery on one and it is responding again. This seems to be an issue with the firmware update. Any help on correcting this for more than 24 hours?
Thanks for your help.

My system constantly disconnects and connects to the home wifi which is very disconcerning for safety reasons. I have asked why the system cannot accept a 5G connection since my understanding that 5G is harder for wifi blockers and hackers to try and steak network password by having the system constantly disconnect and reconnect. They try and steal more of your network password on each connect. If 5G is not an option then offer an ethernet port on the base station so we can hard wire the system to our routers. Just do something for heavens sake!!!!
