Ways to improve this company
Customer Service would top the list on this one. If you try to cancel your service they just get an attitude with you and just ignore the request. The seem they are only interested in keeping you paying. Next would be the equipment. The Smart Locks are always "Not Responding" until you delete them and add them back. Cameras and Doorbells always seem to not be able to record or live stream. They try to blame it on your internet connection. When the real problem the the hardware being designed and built poorly. I say all of that about the hardware just to say they need to improve the hardware.
