Something that improved and works well....
In the community we read posts about something going off the rails (like a new bug or a feature missing) but I just had something occur with my SS3 system that is relatively new and worked as designed, perfectly. While my wife and I were having breakfast we heard our configured silent and dark SS3 start making a 3 note sound. After the looks or surprise and a short discussion of "what the hell was that" I checked the keypad and saw a short note that our laundry room glass break sensor battery was low. A quick swap out of the low battery with a new one silenced the base and the alert was gone. Much, much better than the process when we first had the SS3 up iand running years ago.
Simplisafe, yeah, we all complain, but for right now on this Sunday moring, "nicely done". That said, now get back to work. :-)

Yep I used to get nothing but a sensor is offline which usually means a battery is going but now to get battery is low is even better. Not sure what happened as years ago I used tobget a low battery notifications but then it went to offline and after switching a battery it fixed it.

Hello @captain11,
That three-note sound you heard was the Base Station's Trouble Signal. The Trouble Signal alerts you to potential problems with your system - like if a sensor's batter is low. Whenever the Trouble Signal sounds, you'll see a notification on your Keypad telling you what the problem is. I'm happy to hear it was a seamless process replacing your Glassbreak Sensor's battery!
