Simplisafe AI Engine on Support Chat get's it done!

While shopping for a Smart Alarm camera for my daughter and son-in-law I was concerned at bestbuy.com where in the description it said monitoring agents would watch recordings..hmm, I thought, did Simplisafe water down and roll back the "FastProtect" features under the new Core plan?

Getting on support chat, I was presented with the Simplisafe AI bot. I asked my question and got back a very detailed message that the monitoring agent, under the Core Plan, would engage a would be/potential intruder on a live stream if seen and take appropriate action.

Wow. A former New York metro person impressed with an AI agent. Go figure. I guess it really is the season of miracles!
