Today I called Simplisafe to cancel my mother's system due to the fact we sold the home with the system included. Subsequently, I purchased a new system through Amazon which will be utilized in her future home.

I was transferred to Eugene in the relocation/cancellation department and what an amazing representative and individual. This young man should be the Simplisafe spokesperson. Eugene was not only knowledgeable in all aspects of the system but a true pleasure to speak with. Eugeneand was stellar in all aspects of customer service and well spoken and such a caring individual. 
I must state as a former ADT customer for over 10 years there is no better option than Simplisafe. I cannot say enough about Eugene's professionalism, passion, character and stellar customer service.
