I placed an order at 2pm yesterday and accidentally put an old shipping address in. I have talked to two customer service representatives and the level of service has been very poor. I would like to cancel the order and they told me to call the shipper but I don’t have a tracking number since the order was just generated. Would not use SimpliSafe in the future due to this poor customer service experience

i tried to connect an additional door sensor through Chat but that agent was no help at all. I was told I needed new batteries on the keypad. Next I tried phoning and actually talking with a live agent and had to try three times before I actually go to someone on the phone. She was able to get the issue resolved in five minutes. Needless to say, while I love the system, the customer support -- in terms of actually talking on the phone -- is not great.
