DO NOT sign up, canceling is impossible!
If you sign up, even if you jump through their deceptive cancellation phone call to a "loyalty team", they will keep billing you. They are fraudulent, and should be investigated by the FTC.

@SimplySucks Fraudulent? I would disagree. Disorganized at times? Absolutely. And yes, Simplisafe's decision to establish a "loyalty" dept was their worst decision since the company was established.
@Simplisafe: yes, you have over 4 million customers, the vast majority happy, including myself and micro customer population of the systems I have placed over the years, but... even one customer with posts like this is one too many. It is a slippery slope to achieve the deceptive reputation of a ADT or Comcast and you, as a good company, should do everything you can do to avoid that.

I never even signed up and they repeatedly tried billing my credit card, which only worked for the purchase (I used a one time burner card to buy the system). They constantly called and even harrassed me. Finally they cancelled the monitoring and now I learn none of the cameras work. I feel as though I was deceived believing that the camera's did not need a monthly service.
