Accidentally dropped

Accidentally dropped water sensor on hardwood floor when taking upstairs to place. Was still able to connect to system after the fact. Is there a chance I damaged anything?

Hello @cmd0613, 

I would recommend putting your system into Test Mode and testing your Water Sensor to ensure that it can still communicate with the Base Station. You can use your Keypad to put your system into Test Mode by going to Menu > enter your Master PIN > Scroll down to Test Mode. You'll know you've successfully entered Test Mode when you see a circle on your Keypad along with the text "test each device by pressing its button." 

Then, press the test button on the top of your Water Sensor and wait for the Base Station to say "Water Sensor." This will confirm that the two devices can communicate. If you do not hear that voice prompt from the Base Station, that could indicate some damage done to the sensor. In that case, I would recommend contacting our Support team for additional help.
