Smoke Detector not appearing online
Recently added a simplisafe smoke detector to my system. Smoke detector installed normally, but when I go to simplisafe control panel or on-line app the smoke detector does not appear as a device. Is this normal?

Hi @marcaxelrod ,
What method did you use to add the Smoke Detector to your system? If you used your Keypad, you might need to refresh your app (by pulling down on the overview page) to get the latest info from your Base Station.
But yes, the Smoke Detector should appear in the Devices section, along with your other sensors.

Thanks Davy,
On the online control panel I was ignoring the popup which says "Settings may be out of date" (New User). A simple refresh and the smoke detector showed up in device list. Anyway - this has been resolved.
