False alarms- Smokes

The smoke alarm went off today while cooking. This was okay as it did get smoky. About 3 hours later, the base station alarm went off but not the smoke detector itself. The keypad showed kitchen smoke. I cleared it and about 3-4 hours later same thing. Only siren at the base station. I don’t think it’s a cleaning thing bc it’s only going off at the base station. It’s also not very old…less than a year.
