Carbon Monoxide detector in devices
Is the carbon monoxide detector supposed to show up in the app or on the website under devices? Mine does not show in the app or on the website or on the keypad. I see on the website there is a category for smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors, but only my smoke detector shows up under that category.

I figured it out. I got the CO detector back in March 2022, and either it dropped from my devices, or I never added it to my devices when I got it. Either way I was able to find a video on you tube that showed how to add it to your devices using the keypad. I added it to my devices, now shows in the app and on the website.

@pc2k17 yes they should be there and as these life saving devices are too important to chance anything I suggest you call SS support immeidately and troubleshoot. Test all of your smoke and CO devices.

Thank for the reply. I did a test; they both seem to work fine. The CO just doesn't show in the app. I'll call right away. Thank you.
