Smart lock not responding

For the second time this year, my Smart Locks are not responding. Both stopped at the same time, which was exactly the same as my previous experience. Followed the steps in the document and tried powering off the base station and pulling the batteries. Still nothing. 

No help from the unbelievably condescending 'support'.

Anyone any suggestions?

Just to confirm, the steps in the document you followed were from the Smart Lock Not Responding article in our Help Center? If not, I would recommend checking that article out to troubleshoot your Smart Locks. 

But if you did already visit that article and the troubleshooting steps didn't help, I would recommend resetting your Smart Locks next. The guided flow at the bottom of this article will walk you through the steps to reset the Smart Lock.

Thank you for this. Problem fixed. This was not suggested to me the last time I had issues with both locks. 

Chat/phone support for these products is very poor. The insistence of the staff on going through their scripted sequence of events, despite having done the steps before is incredibly frustrating. 

There has to be a better way...
