Door not unlocking when disarmed
I have the main keypad for everything and smart lock. Initially the lock stopped working after an update so I deleted it from base, took battery out for minute, replaced battery did the manual reset on it, readded, calibrated and recalibrated it. It locks when put in armed mode but does not unlock when disarmed. I also checked all settings and they are what they should be plus changed batteries. The key pad for outside works fine it locks and unlocks as normal.

Just to confirm, is your Smart Lock set to Unlock Always in Off Mode? If it is set to Do Nothing, the Smart Lock will not unlock when the system is disarmed. I would check this in the SimpliSafe mobile app by going to My System > Device Settings > select [your Smart Lock] > Off Mode, from there, make sure Unlock Always is selected.
If that setting already is selected, I would recommend toggling it off and back on by picking a different behavior, saving that setting, and then select Unlock Always again.
