Constant Smart Lock/Unlock Notifications

The smart lock constantly sends lock/unlock notifications throughout the entire day without anyone using the lock.  Tried deleting and installing the smart lock but that didn’t solve it. My iPhone is the only one with the app installed.  My iPhone is up to date and so os my system.  This has been going on for 3 plus months now.

Hi @kboo74 ,

This is concerning. There might be an issue with your Smart Lock detecting the correct locked/unlocked positions, so it keeps spontaneously sending an incorrect status. It might help to perform a calibration. You can do so from the Keypad under Menu > Device Settings > [your Smart Lock] > Calibrate.

The issue was resolved by contacting support and resetting the lock multiple times and finally setting it up as if it was new.  No problems since.  This was done about a year ago.
