Can't Control Smart Lock With Mobile App

My locks stopped working, unable to control them through the app, after the update. Even after removing them and adding them back.

Hi @AHess, 

I went ahead and broke your comment off into its own post so we can continue to troubleshoot your Smart Locks here. 

Do you receive any error message when you try to use the SimpliSafe app to control your Smart Locks? Also, are you able to use the PIN Pad to lock/unlock them?

I know you've already removed them from your system and added them back in, but if you haven't tried resetting these Smart Locks I would recommend trying that as well. We list out steps for resetting the Smart Lock in this guided flow in our Help Center.

I am able to use the pin pad to lock/unlock. There are no errors other than the constant locks not communicating message that has been going on since we first installed the locks a year ago. I have not tried resetting the locks.  I will do that and let you know how it goes.
