Users receiving Activity Push Notifications when the option is not enabled
We received reports of users receiving Push Notifications of the Activity category, even when the Activity category is not enabled. That is, they had been receiving notifications for arms and disarms, even though the option isn’t even available.
Our engineering team continues to investigate, but we have not been able to replicate in more recent versions of the SimpliSafe app. If you are experiencing this issue, it may help to remove the app completely from your phone, then reinstall directly from the App Store, to make sure that you have a clean version.

Getting notifications for when the system has been armed and disarmed. I do not have that selected. I have only warning notifications enabled. Even when I have all notifications disabled through the app, it still pushes system armed and disarmed. Only when I go in to the phone notification settings and disable the simplisafe notifications does it stop. This just started within the last week or so. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and it’s still doing it

Thank you for looking into this. There are a few other threads discussing this same issue (looks like there are some on Reddit as well). This has been happening to my phone for a few months now. It's pretty annoying to get an alert every time I arm or disarm the system. And like someone mentioned earlier, the options to change this are limited. Here's a screen shot of what options are available on my iPhone...So you can see that it is not possible to turn off these arm/disarm alerts.

Hi folks,
A minor update. We previously reported this issue as resolved, but clearly there's more of you having trouble. Please do chime in if you haven't already! Our engineering team continues to investigate.
