Inability to Trigger Recordings, View Livestreams, or Enter Fullscreen using the SimpliSafe® Online Account
We have been seeing rare reports where users cannot initiate camera recordings or watch livestreams using the SimpliSafe® Online Account for the Smart Alarm Indoor Security Camera, Wireless Outdoor Security Camera, or Outdoor Security Camera Series 2. Functionality on the SimpliSafe® Mobile App is not impacted.
Our teams are aware of this and are working on a fix. If you are experiencing this, please chime in here.
In the meantime, if you do not have our Mobile App on your phone or tablet, you can download it in the App Store for iOS devices, and the Google Play Store for Android devices.

new update I cannot minimize screen or record using computer---I can still record using my I-phone---this is bad

What is wrong with the online control panel? I am unable to enlarge and record over half of my security cameras now (not from my phone but from a laptop). I have called numerous times with people who don't seem to comprehend the issues, as if this is the first time they've heard about this. I have come to find out it's prevalent and still ongoing! This is an issue that needs to be addressed immediately.

I have always been able to look at my cameras full screen on my computer. Lately when I try to, the menu options for doing so fade away and do not come back even when the mouse is hovering over the video. Same thing happens on my work computer. I have tried different browsers etc..
