Camera Recordings remain in the timeline after user attempts to remove

Are you noticing this while using the SimpliSafe mobile app? If so, I would log out of the app and then log back in to see if that clears these recordings from your timeline.

In case you (or anyone else) is still experiencing this issue; this is a known issue with the iOS version of the SimpliSafe app, and we are still INVESTIGATING. In the meantime, if you close the app and and relaunch, you should see that the video has been removed from your Timeline.

This is happening in Android app when you sometimes delete videos quickly. You can tell because the blue circle progess indicator will just keep spinning...even though it appears you can still delete videos. I logged out and back in and was able to start deleting videos once again. If you delete ALL the videos for a camera, the blue circle progress indicator spins indefinitely. So just log out and back in. Would be good to have a solution for this even though there is a work around. Would also be nice to select multiple to delete at once.

@mumei if you delete the SimpliSafe mobile app from your phone and then redownload it, are the deleted recordings still there?

And if they are, could you please let us know your device's operating system (iOS or Android), model, and the version of the SimpliSafe mobile app you have installed so we can investigate further.
