Hi @ltoongusmc ,
So if we have this right, you recently upgraded to Gen 3, and you still have your SimpliSafe Original.
Unfortunately we no longer take back older equipment as part of the upgrade process. But the system is yours to do with as you wish, so you can perhaps still reuse it as a noisemaker alarm on another property.

I need to return my SimpliSafe stuff I didn't get the job that I was supposed to get for 6 months so I will not be needing this it's all still in the box I'm returning it I need to return it
