I returned the system did not even open it because my roommate had already purchased a system. Simple Safe received it but only refunded a partial amount to Affirm. So I called both Affirm they told me to call Simple Safe so now Affirm is going to debit my account the amount that Simple Safe has not refunded so I called them only to be told it has to be refunded by the warehouse department so my question is this who refunded the partial amount and why was it only that amount it was returned in less than two weeks?
