Referral Credit

I gave them the email and phone number they used for activation. I gave the the current set (which is the same). I gave them to safe word. Apparently the system has no record of an 'order' even though the account is live. And while we can see the proper email in the account status page, customer service can't..

What do we try next? 

We confirmed the exact email he used. It matches the current email address as shown on the customer account page. Same with the Phone number. And even the safe word. And just in case of a hiccup bith my email and his wife's. No go. Apparently the system lost his order number so while they can find the account, customer service can't see the email addresses.
