Order Tracking

Hello, I ordered 2 outdoor cameras.  The tracking has stalled and my order is late. Please help

Having gone through this myself here are my takeaways.  

  1. The estimated shpping time (5-7 business days) starts when the order ships not when you place the order.  If they take a few days to process it you have to add that on. 

  2. If you contact customer service via chat you will first have to use a useless tool to look up the information.  Mine told me that my order was expected to be delivered on the 21st (it is now the 26th) and asked if that answered my question.

  3. Customer service will track it for you but have no additional insight.  They also round up those 5-7 buisiness days.  For example, the absolute latest my order should arrive would be today based on when it was shipped and removing all weekends and holidays, but customer service tells me it will arrive "sometime this week"

  4. Honestly, I don't think this is SimpliSafe's fault, it looks like USPS lost it somewhere.  SimpliSafe shipped the day after I ordered but then tracking just stopped midway to destination.  Just be patient and blame the USPS.
