Order Confusion

I just bought your system. Your response makes no sense. I’m trying to ascertain if you have my order and payment and if it has been shipped. My name is [info removed]. I am replacing an ADT system. I’ve had ADT for 8 years. I have had problems with ADT at my first house. I moved and got talked into a new system which has been a problem with the equipment. Now it isn’t working as battery died second time in two years. I replaced it with the one they sent me and although it worked for 5 min. It doesn’t work again.  They keep billing me though. It's still attached to my wall but says battery died. They won’t send someone to help. I need to get SimpliSafe up and running.

I order one of your systems recently.  On the USPS website, it stated, "No such number".  I logged into your site an it appears that I mistyped my address.  The address should be as follows.

I apologize for the error.  Please contact me if there are any questions.  My e-mail and phone number are listed below.

I ordered complete system, adding 2 extra cameras, motion sensors and two key fobs.  extra cameras "on back order".  I was going to wait until I had my 2 additional cameras to activate monitoring.   a year later I call customer support.  Was told cameras are still on back order.  I called 2.5 years after ordering! now told I did not order extra cameras - but they are willing to order more for me! I DID NOT RECIEVE TWO PAID FOR CAMERAS AND THEY WANT TO SELL ME MORE.   Sad for as much as I paid.

@ksalas I'm sorry to hear about this. I've gone ahead and escalated your case to our Specialist team. A senior agent will be in touch soon to help, so keep an ear out for their call.

Received 2 calls (back to back) and 1 vm from "Scott". Nice to get response, but I was in appointment and unable to take call.  Just reiterated what I was told from call center. I can see the secondary order "we will let you know when it ships", and told once again I had all the equipment I ordered.  So I just don't understand - ordered a package deal that had 2 cameras, then added 2 additional cameras, sensors and fobs.  Now one of the cameras  won't connect after battery died. Getting the flashing blue light (found elsewhere in the community).  So 1 of the 2 cameras works.  [note: I did do all of the troubleshooting steps, none works] As a side note, I only recently installed the camera that works.  The one that doesn't work has never been installed.

..add on - not really sure it is worth adding cameras until the problem with them is solved.
