May 14th for "Click to Cancel": Why SimpliSafe should embrace it

Unless a court derails it, "Click to Cancel" is scheduled to take effect on May 14th. What would I hope to see from SimpliSafe? Here it is:

1. Phone app and website portal updates that support the intent of the law: in a secure manner, a customer can start, modify or cancel monitoring plans,

2. For customers like me an "opt out for click to cancel" and be able to sign up securely online to "lock" my monitoring contract with a unique x digit code I must provide to a live agent to modify or cancel my monitoring service.

3. Redeployment of "Loyalty dept" associates to true customer service rolls.

What do you think? Post your comments here, and of course, SimpliSafe, you are cordially invited to participate too! You do not have to wait until the 13th to see if your lobbying $'s pay off or not. :-)

Update: no responses, from other customers or SS. I left out the why SS should embrace it on purpose, so since all quiet on the western front, so to speak, here they are:

1. Improve customer good will

2. Back to SS core values

3. Possible to have dedicated, creative and talented associates added to a true customer service team

4. Create a added value service to customers who want their monitoring plans more secure.
