Push Notifications on second property

I have two properties with SimpliSafe systems.  On my first property I have Push Notifications enabled and they work.  On the second property when I try to enable them the app is telling me that Push Notifications are are disabled and that I have to go to Settings > Notifications to enable them.  Any guidance?

Hi all, 

Thank you for alerting this issue to us! Our engineers recently looked into this issue, and found that taking the following steps should be a solution:

  1. Log out of the SimpliSafe mobile app
  2. Delete the cache and storage from the app
  3. Uninstall and then reinstall it
  4. Log into the app again and re-enable push notifications 

After taking the above steps, you should be able to enable push notifications for your multiple locations. If this doesn't work for you, please let us know!

I can confirm that these steps did, in fact, resolve my issue!

same - I get push notifications from 1 system but do not and it will not let me turn them on for the 2nd system

They tried to do text alerts instead but even that didn’t work on the second home. It sucks. I at least want SOMETHING done for the doorbell camera. Isn’t that why we bought this package??  And now we can’t even get alerts when someone is at our front door??  The fact that no one responded to your inquiry means they have no solution.
