Moving

So my wife and I have bought her aunt and uncles house. We had a simplisafe system in our home but her aunt also has a system at the new house. How can we just transfer the accounts so ours is linked to the new house and the new owners of our home can activate an account on the other system? Do we both just need to cancel our accounts and start over?

@joshuarsmith89 Give our Support team a call so they can cancel your service at your current home, that way the new owners of your home can use your system. Be sure that your wife's aunt and uncle do the same for their system - that way when you move into your new home you can activate their system under your account.

@joshuarsmith89 Call customer service, authenticate and the agent will assist you on both counts. Have serial numbers for both bases handy. Once you are on the new one, they can take you off the old one and then the new owners can call in.
