where is the firmware # so I can proceed with my software update?

@fordcashion If you go into menu on your keypad, click on "System Settings", then go to the bottom of the menu to "Diagnostics" and then click to the right. You will find your firmware version there for the keypad and base.
If in doubt, just call support.
