No, there is nothing that would tell you that. Some smart watches will, you may want to consider one. Also some smartphones.

RickSimpliSafe is right, we do not have any medical sensors that will alert you if someone has fallen over.

How about an option on the motion detectors to notify us when there is no movement in the house for a set period of time?
