Website and phone support sucks!
Was not able to change my payment account number on website despite numerous tries. Made call to support ( just as an aside. Is there a employment agency that companies use for support operators? Because I'm constantly either getting a heavily accented or a high pitched whinny voice to talk with that are both hard for my older ears to understand) she wasn't able to change my card information because of too many submissions. Which were my earlier attempts.
