Unethical Company
Simplisafe makes cancellation nearly impossible.
I have moved overseas and cannot used the 1-800 number to cancel my service.
Simplisafe continues to charge me and provides no other method of contact.
When my credit card expired, Simplisafe attempted to charge the same card number with a different expiration date. When this did not work, Simplisafe was able to get the new card number from my bank. I have NEVER updated my card number.
Simplisafe does not provide a method to disagree / opt out of updates to terms of service. You automatically "approve" every time you enter your monitoring page and hit "save".
Simplisafe is unethical.
Simplisafe is dishonest.
Simplisafe steals your money.
Use another company.
